It's amazing how I haven't managed this site for 4 months. Traffic is still decent. I've been busy with getting a new wedding site done. Now that's it's almost done, I hope to spend a little more time here. Meanwhile jsut a little tip I've learnt over the years. Set aside 30 mins a week for link building. Do that for 6 months and your site will definately be within the 1st page of any popular google keyword.

Economic Crisis and Internet Marketing

It was amazing how the world's economy came to a crash within such a short time. One of my partners ask me if I think the internet business would suffer a similar crash, I told him No.

Lets looks at what's happening: The banks are surviving on government handouts. Unemployment rates are rising. Manufacturing industry is crashing. retails sales are at all time low. But internet businesses are surviving, if not booming.

Not that we are unaffected. For those of us who use advertising networks like adsense, you would realise that pay per click is decreasing, probably due to reduce advertising budgets of the company.

But the fundamentals of internet businesses are strong. This is because the internet is such a free society, there are so many startups everyday, and with it so many failures. Therefore, any business without a sound foundation is doom to fail.

Secondly, everyone who does business on the internet knows, no pain no gain. Any get rich in 30 days advertisements that you see, you better be wary. Sadly, the bankers only realised this old gem now.

Hopefully, we will continue to see abundant growth on the internet.

I've been wanting to set up wealtharea for some time. Some of you who have been waiting for it to be up would have realised that progress have been really. I apologise for that. Now that i've had the site updated with ad admin panel by a great guy, I hope the site takes off much faster.

Let me introduce myself, My name is James. I hold a full time job in the medical industry. I've been in Internet marketing for 4 years since I was a student in the university.

wealtharea is a hobby project of mine which I started to share what I ahve with all of you. Because I was a poor student when I first started out internet marketing, I couldn't afford to buy any of those packages to aid my business. I got through by searching for all the free products online. Only problem is, many of them are not working and another 50% contains some malicious viruses.

Thankfully, I manage to slowly learn my ropes through free books and forum.

I now run niche sites on Internet security and Medical areas and I'm doing pretty well mainly on adsense.

I hope to be able to share whatever I've learned with newcommers and will be glad to hear from all the experienced Internet marketing experts.

Meanwhile, I welcome feedback via email anytime
